A Very Merry Christmas!

Hope everyone had a merry christmas!!! It was nice here being in our new house, just our family, not needing to be here or there, just being able to have a nice quiet family christmas. Rylee and Madden love being here, having room to run around and play. Madden has just started walking..... I can't believe it, it seems like he was just born, but I guess he's in a hurry to catch up to Rylee or something.

We went over to the college on sunday to get some family pictures for my christmas cards, and I thought I would share a few. Sorry I haven't been posting, but now that the boutique is done, I have a little bit more time :)

VERY busy weekend

We went to mesa for the weekend to go house hunting. Three days of going from model to model was fun at first, but gets sooooo tiring. Very last minute, orrin and courtney told us to go take a look at the taylor woodrow homes, which where a bit pricey for us, but we decided to go look just for kicks. It ended up they where having a HUGE sale, and we got $60,000 off a spec home they had for sale, so we drove back down on monday to sign some papers, and around december 11th we will be closing on it. I'm soooo excited, and if any of you out there know anyone who wants a little 2-bed 1-bath house, we are gonna be selling ours!

moving.......

We have decided to make a move back down to mesa, so that brandon can go to school full time, and be able to work a little bit. While I am sad to leave this cute little town, I am excited to be able to be getting a little bit bigger of a house, and be living by orrin and courtney. Rylee doesn't really understand, but if we say "do you want to live by adi and piper?" she gets really excited. I am excited for this new change in our lives!

a happy halloween!!!

We had a fun little halloween last night. Rylee LOVED trick-or-treating, and I'm surprised she actually went to bed last night after all the sugar :) Madden had fun just chillin in the stroller.

the wall.....

I am sooo excited to FINALLY be getting a wall between us and our neighbors, so I can just set Rylee free in the backyard and not worry about her running out into the street :) Orrin came up on saturday, and he and parker and Brandon got it half done, and the other half hopefully this saturday. Oh I'm soooo excited!!!

FINALLY!!!!!

I finally finished rylee and madden's costumes........ugh, I forget how much I don't like sewing (the picking out anyways) I put it off until the last minute, but I am sooooo happy they are finally done. Oh I love my cute little pirates:) And I just had to post this other picture cause I thought is was so cute!

Last week we went to the fair, and there was an avon booth set up, and the lady asked me if I would like to sign up to be an avon representative, and Brandon said "sure she would!" so here I am an avon rep:) I've known a few people that have done it and really enjoyed it, so I thought I would give it a go. AHHHHH!!!

So Rylee's new thing she likes to do is "style" my hair. So on monday she was "styling" my hair and I heard her spraying my hair with what I thought was hairspray. after a few squirts, I looked up to see her spraying my hair with...........................clorox anywhere spray:( after freaking out and giving my hair a good washing, I did have a good laugh. oh the joys of motherhood!

can't keep up

Man, I just can't keep up with my little boy..... between him eating EVERYTHING up off the floor and choking on it 10 times a day (something I never had to deal with with Rylee) and him recently learning how to pull himself up to the couch... oh what to do what to do, I havn't had time to do my digi-scrapping:(

DA-DA

It was the cutest thing, today I was outside playing with Madden and Rylee when Brandon drove up from work. Madden got sooo excited when he saw his daddy (he has been working 24-7 so he hasn't even seen him in a couple of days) anyway, when Brandon got out of the car, Madden reached out his arms and said "da-da, da-da." oh! soooo cute! now I need to teach him to say ma-ma!!!!

haircut

so I finally took Rylee yesterday to get her FIRST haircut......well more like a trim, but still her first. Yes, I could have done it myself, but I didn't want her getting any ideas. It was so cute, she just sat so good and still while the lady did it, and she was so excited to get to sit in the "special chair".

so I was going through some old pics of rylee (looking for stuff to digi-scrap of course!) and I found these that where taken last october. It's kinda sad seeing them getting older:( she's not my little baby girl any more.

gosh, I can't get over how fun this is!!! I found myself hurrying to "get my chores done" this morning, so I could do some digi-scrapbooking. I feel like such a little kid!!!! I LOVE THIS!

digi-scrap weekend!!!!

I went down to Courtney's house on wednesday, and spent the weekend shopping, breaking up fights between the girls, and Courtney teaching me how to digital scrapbook, and I must say, I am now addicted:) no mess, and it is sooooooooooo fun!!! I LOVE IT!

fun in the dirt

we went out and played in the dirt yesterday, one of rylee's favorite things to do:)

she mostly just got madden dirty, instead of digging. Madden didn't like the feel of the dirt,

but enjoyed the bath he got to take afterwards!

Rylee's new word

So Rylee added yet another word to her oh so sassy vocabulary....... "I DON'T CARE!!" great, just what I need to be hearing from my two-year-old:) not sure where she picked it up from ( I blame Brandon) Oh, the joys of being a mother!!!!

a fun weekend

Orrin and Courtney came up for the weekend. We had fun spending time with the family, courtney, my mom and I going to the quilt shop and scrapbook store, the guys shooting and playing raquet ball, the girls playing and fighting:) and porter and madden just chillin (porter letting madden attack his face). Sunday Adi and Piper helped me make homemade Ice cream for sunday dinner, and licked the bowl clean for me:) we went to the park and played (sorry I don't have pics of that, but courtney might on her sight) Ya, we all just had a good-old-time playin, and spending time together!!!!!
